City authorities are asking the residents to move their cars because Portage Place parkade suffers from heavy flooding.
As it became known, a water main break became the reason for big flooding. In addition to problems with parking, residents of the central part of the city may notice water of unusual colour in their homes.
According to the city, a contractor that does some works in that area can be guilty of the situation. In addition, the city authorities claimed that the private territory was damaged, so they are not responsible.
