Court hearings on the freezing of wages will not be held for more than a year.
The possible adoption of a law on freezing wages is still being discussed since the coalition of trade unions is against.
According to official data, court hearings will be held in November and December 2019. The bill to freeze salaries for state employees was issued in 2017, but it has not entered into force yet.
The coalition of trade unions opposes this bill and believes that it violates their right to collective bargaining. The coalition also believes that the cancellation of the right to discuss wages can be equated with the cancellation of the right to discuss working security or working conditions.
The province said that the coalition can continue discussing the wedges and even claim wedges increase if it finds ways to cut costs in other ways.
