Public organizations submitted an inquiry calling for longer hours to the administration. It should be noted that splash pads are open until 9 p.m. and free unheated outdoor pools until 7 p.m.
Coun. Mike Pagtakhan promised to analyze the current situation. He noted that the operational budget is not designed for such extra costs. "There are many alternative leisure options on the water now," said Pagtakhan.
The latest sociological survey showed the need for additional working hours of the wading pools. Many parents claim that their children are fond of swimming pools and need water activities. Officials argue that these changes can significantly affect the increase in spending of taxpayers' money. Apparently, the situation with the working hours will not change radically.
