About the speaker:

Carla is a 33 year old woman with 2 kids and a loving husband. She does childcare and administrative work for a living and has a big Portuguese family.
Her goals are to own her own childcare center and has admiration for wine and family gatherings.


About the evening- what will Carla cover?

• experience of living with mental health issues

• living through the pain of your disease

• Recovering from your own self harm. To become the present person she is today.
