Winnipeg had seen plenty of movie stars and hundreds of films were made in our city. Different scenarios, costumes, props and decorations, all of that makes some great movies and citizens of Winnipeg really don’t mind some of the roads being closed temporary or the extra traffic in the downtown area.
But there is a time of the year and the genre, which really warms everyone’s hearts and sets the mood for a family time and only positive thoughts, this is all about Christmas and Christmas themed movies!
As you can see in the photo in the middle of Hargrave Street, just a few blocks from Central Park a new Christmas movie is in the process. You can see some decorations and props, and yes, that is a chariot being delivered to the film set.
Such news always gets me excited, can’t wait to see the new movie!
