A new shop that was opened recently, offers work to all young people who want to get experience and to use it in the future.
Resource Assistance for Youth hopes that this offer will save a lot of people from poverty.
Gift and Thrift was launched by this organization in order to help young people get new skills, knowledge and work experience in retail. Residents of the city will be able to use this opportunity to find a good job.
This store is a mix of a souvenir shop with a charitable organization where all talented people can offer their goods for sale. Local artists, designers, and creative people can bring their masterpieces there.
The training program will last 9 weeks in a classroom. After the end of the program, all participants will know how to create a good CV, how to communicate and to work with people. After finishing this course, they will take a training course at the shop, which will last for about 16 weeks.
Young people between the ages of 18 and 29 will be able to participate in this program.
We also want to inform you that the store operates seven days a week from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. for all clients.
