A dangerous sex offender, perhaps, lives in Winnipeg, the Police informs

The Police in Winnipeg informs that a dangerous sex offender can live in the city.

This recidivist sex-criminal is named James Badour and he committed sexual violence against young children, men, and women many times.

His last crime occurred in 2015 in Ontario. He committed sexual violence on six and seven-year-old children who lived across the street in front of his place.

He was sentenced to 685 days.

James Badur was released from prison in April 2015, but he is still under surveillance up to April 14, 2020.

He is under a high possibility of relapse, and all children are at risk, the Police notes.

According to the Police statement, he is prohibited to visit public places like parks or swimming zones, to hire or to continue to work there, and to have contacts or communication with persons younger than sixteen years old.
